How do we work with your transport administration?

Based on your needs and the agreed routines, your business plan, route planning, products and modes of transport, we make use of the best suppliers with the most convenient solutions for you. We manage all your transport documentation. We retrieve the information needed from your IT system, via EDI and by email.

We take care of everything from booking to final delivery: from when the booking is made till when the goods reach their final destination. We deal directly with any irregularities and keep you informed. We send you delivery reports according to prior agreements. We also check your transport invoices and report any irregularities to you.

Continuous analysis and improvement of your transport flows

We constantly analyse your transport flows and make proposals to ensure that you obtain the optimal transport solution. This analysis is based on structures, volumes, weights and destinations. We make use of the Route Logix and TD analysis tools along with UnitedLogs’ own TPA tool.

Service Centre for you and your transport administration

We provide a service centre for you as a customer, which rapidly and efficiently deals with all transport-related questions. As our customer we also provide you with your own key account manager.
