How does invoice management and invoice checking work?
We cross reference your transport invoices with your agreements, respective suppliers and deliveries. You no longer have to perform checks at different stages, thereby avoiding time-demanding administrative work. We inform you and contact the supplier in the case of irregularities.
You no longer need to worry about the invoices at all, you can just let us take care of everything. You will receive one combined invoice from us, instead of several from your suppliers, and this is guaranteed to be checked against your consignments and transport agreements. We use system support
We work with system support, our very own DCIX system, which means that we completely eliminate the risk of manual errors. Our system contains your transport agreements, your consignments and your invoices which are matched with each other and cross-checked.
