We begin by compiling data and analysing your current transport contracts for RFI and RFQ support. We gather together information from your transport agreement and detailed statistics from both you and your hauliers’ systems.

We interview key individuals in order to achieve a clear picture of the information and product flow. We use tools such as Route Logix, CAST and Arena for the analysis. We also have a model for best practice, based on standardised checklists.

This result is then compared with results from Davis Benchmark (TM) and the results from previous evaluations of 3PL and 4PL. Once the analysis and the results are established, we then proceed by negotiating with suppliers that best suit you, to come up with the best solution.

When procuring transport, we always take an environmental perspective. We examine cargo and cabin factors, and look at vehicles that comply with the latest European emissions standards.
