Customs management – makes it easy

Managing customs data and administrating customs clearance can be very complex and difficult. We have a great deal of experience of customs management and are linked into the Swedish customs’ IT system, TDS, and manage SAD documents with approved archiving and storage. We are AEO-certified and administrate AEO certification programmes.

How do we work with customs management for you?

We can take care of all or part of your customs management, according to your wishes, requirements and products. We examine parameters such as lead times, resource use and cash flow to analyse the current state of play.

If you, for example, are an importer and exporter, we can help you to export end-products built from imported components. We deal with customs clearance, intra-state documentation, customs declarations, import, export and warehousing as well as matters between two or more third-party countries (where Sweden is not involved). These are just some of the things we can help you with.


IT system and customs documentation

We are linked into the Swedish customs IT system (TDS) and we manage SAD documents containing all customs information for import, export and intra-state reports. We have approved archives and routines for storage of SAD and intra-state documentation in accordance with current regulations.

We administrate programs which are needed to obtain the AEO certificate, which provides many benefits for customs management.


Bonded warehousing - an integral part of our customs management

We manage bonded warehousing and have the skills needed to transport non-declared goods from one warehouse to another. There is also the option of declaring goods when they are dispatched from the final customs warehouse.
